Speaker: Betsy Bolick
Betsy is a Christian counselor working with females ages 12+ that struggle with anxiety, depression, processing grief and loss, and interpersonal relationships. Betsy will lead a while group session on dealing with discouragement and how to move beyond it.
After lunch, we will have 3 breakout sessions

Forgiveness - facing unforgiveness, rooting out bitterness and how to practice biblical forgiveness.
Health & Wellness - following God's plan.
Caregiving - encouragement and refreshment for those caring for children, parents and grandchildren.
