Saturday, April 18, 2026, Glen Hope will be partnering with several other local churches to host Unite 2026 from 11am-2pm at Holly Hill Mall. This will be a fun carnival type of event to introduce various ministries to Burlington.

During our Sunday morning worship, we will plan to share the Lord's Supper and Baptism to celebrate those professing new life through Jesus. So, we are being called to pray for the Lord to bring a harvest of people to be baptized on April 12th. Also, let's prepare ourselves to approach the Supper in a manner pleasing to the Lord.

Worship with us Easter Sunday! We will enjoy breakfast from 9-10am (no Sunday School) and then worship together at 10:30am.

“An Evening of Rest”

Many of us find ourselves facing the difficulties of life and the challenges it presents. Come join us as we press pause and seek rest from these difficulties through a focused time of worship, prayer, teaching and praise.

First Sunday prayer will take place on the last Sunday this month, March 29. We will gather at 8:30am for a time of prayer for Easter Sunday.

Hop on over to our annual Easter Egg Hunt! Join us immediately after our regular morning worship service and head to the Hope Field outside beside the church for a fun time for the kiddos to hunt for some Easter eggs!

During our worship service, our students will take an active role in every part of our worship service--from announcements to ushers to praying and singing. Please join us and support the future servant leaders of the church on these special Sundays!

Join us for our Refined & Renewed women’s event, a day of encouragement, connection, and renewal. We are excited to welcome special guest speaker Betsy Bolick, MA, LCMHCA, NBCC. Betsy is a Christian counselor who works with women and girls ages 12+ that struggle with anxiety, depression, processing grief and loss, and interpersonal relationships. Betsy will lead a group session on overcoming discouragement, followed by breakout sessions on Forgiveness, Health & Wellness, and Caregiving.

This event will take place in our Fellowship Hall directly behind the church. The cost is $20/person and includes lunch, with childcare available upon request (please specify in the registration if childcare is needed).

Mark your calendars to participate in a “Lunch and Learn” event immediately following our morning worship service. During this session we will take everyone through our membership class so that we all have a better understanding of who we are as a church. This will be a session for ALL of us, not just prospective members. Boxed lunches will be provided, including a sandwich, chips and a cookie for a cost of $12.00/person. Please sign up in our Action Center to register and select your sandwich choice! You may pay for your lunch online or via the offering plate. If paying by either method, please specify that the payment is for “Lunch & Learn”.

On Nov. 30 we will gather for fun and fellowship while reflecting on our Savior, His purpose and the surprising ways he invited people near Him. Sign up for the event is available in your Sunday school class and the Action Center!

We will have a churchwide Pack-A-Thon on November 16th after the morning service. We’ll have a light lunch of soup and then start packing. If you would like to participate, please sign up in your Sunday school class or the Action Center. We will continue collecting for the boxes through the 16th. If you are packing your own shoebox, please feel free to take boxes and labels from any of the displays around the church.

We will have a women’s craft day on November 15, 9:30am - noon. We will be making 2 ornaments, cost is $10.00.  Please try to sign up by Nov. 9th if you plan to attend!

It’s time once again for our annual fall Hope Fest! We will have free games, music, bounce houses, Cruz in, and much more! Join us outside by the Hope Field!

Our next Men’s Breakfast is November 8th at 8:30am, the same day as Hope Fest. We will have breakfast and have a great time to gather on the morning, then we ask that after breakfast we will help set up for the Hope Fest we just prayed for!
